Shipping

We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand only. We do not ship to the UK or the EU.

Order processing: 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery: 10 to 15 business days after processing.
Tracking: you receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Order by October 5 to receive your PapaPack before Halloween. Order by December 5 for Christmas.

Payment: we accept credit and debit cards through PayPal. A PayPal account is not required.

If your PapaPack arrives damaged or defective, email support@papapack.store within 30 days with a photo and we will send a replacement or a full refund. If you simply changed your mind, email us within 30 days of delivery for a refund. You do not need to ship the item back.
