Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If your PapaPack arrives damaged or defective, email support@papapack.store within 30 days with a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund. If you changed your mind, email support@papapack.store within 30 days of delivery. We will refund your order. You do not need to ship the item back. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval.
